Thank you to Mrs. McKay and the grade 6/7 class for organizing the Terry Fox Run. It looks like you had a great day! I wish that I could have been there. Unfortunately, Mother Nature (and a kindly road worker) turned me around at the flood area.

 

The K/1 class participated by doing laps in the gym. Mrs. McKay reports that their participation was awesome. The older students were able to go outside for the event. Below are some photos that were caught during the event. 

 

AAMES students raised $575.35 in cash donations. Karissa Coles raised the most money ($135.00) and was awarded a Terry Fox T-shirt. Parker and Gavin Adams were a close second with $130.00 each. They will also win prizes for their awesome fundraising efforts.
