All parents are required to fill in and sign the daily assessment form so that the school can keep the agreement on file. It would be handy to print an extra copy of the form to keep on your fridge to make the daily assessment easier. If you need a paper copy of this form, you can pick one up at your school. Forms can be emailed to mswinn@nisgaa.bc.ca.
